Complaint LodgedGoutam Ghosh, son of Sakti Ghosh from Debagram Dakshinpara, PS Kaliganj, filed a complaint stating that on 04.04.2024, around 11:15 hrs, Sourav Saha, along with two others from the same locality, allegedly restrained and assaulted him due to a previous grudge.The altercation prompted local residents to intervene upon hearing the commotion, leading to the assailants fleeing the scene after issuing threats
