Prokash Biswas, a resident of Noapara Adarsa Colony, PS Dhubulia, filed a complaint alleging negligence against a bus driver after a collision on April 15, 2024. According to his statement, while traveling from his home to Krishnagar in his E-rickshaw around 11:00 hrs, a bus with registration number WB-51-8764 collided with him from the rear at Krishnagar Collectorate More, under PS Kotwali. The collision, attributed to rush and negligent driving, resulted in Mr. Biswas sustaining grievous injuries, leading to his admission to Shaktinagar District Hospital.
