Murshidabad, following a narcotics raid. Acting on a tip-off, SI Kamtan Roy, Officer-in-Charge of Murutia PS, along with police personnel, conducted a raid near SKP brick field on Baniakandi to Shankhanagar Road under PS Murutia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the operation on 03.04.2024, at approximately 13:05 hrs, authorities recovered a total of 13 kg 100 grams of Ganja concealed in two nylon bags from Hasan Biswas&#8217;s possession. The necessary formalities under the NDPS Act were adhered to, and the seized articles were duly documented in a proper seizure list. Hasan Biswas was arrested in the presence of SDPO Tehatta, KPD, and BDO Karimpur-I KPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite demands, Hasan Biswas failed to produce any valid documents supporting the seized articles.
