Acting on a tip-off, the police raided Putikhali Bazar Bus Stand where Mondal was apprehended. The raid resulted in the confiscation of 11 bottles of &#8220;Bengal Tiger Premium&#8221; country spirit, each containing 600 ML, from Mondal&#8217;s possession. Mondal was allegedly involved in the illegal sale of the spirit.
